Applying to Kalamazoo Valley Community
College is free and very easy to do. Application may be made online
or in printed form.
Returning students:
You do not need to submit a new
application if you have applied to or attended KVCC within the last
two years. Instead, complete a
Personal Information Update form to change your name, address or
telephone number. If you have a new
program, contact the Student Service Center to notify them of your
degree choice.
International students:
You need to complete
the international student admission packet. Please review the
International
Student web page for more information.
Please enter your personal
information as requested. When you have completed the application,
please click the Submit button at the end. You will then be presented
with a review page displaying your answers. At this time you will have
three options. You may click the "Submit" button to finish, click "Go
Back" to make changes, or click "Cancel" to delete the information you
entered.
The Adobe Acrobat PDF 135K downloadable
file should open automatically in your browser. It requires
Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher. If you get an error trying to view
this document, you may need to install the free
Adobe Acrobat Reader product.
After you have printed and filled out the
application, please mail or fax it to the Admissions, Registration and
Records Office. You may also bring it to either the Texas
Township or Arcadia Commons Campus.
Note:
Providing your date of birth is optional. However, we use this information to create your initial password for entry into secure web services.
We recommend that you change your password the first time you log into
the Valley Information Portal.
If you choose not to provide your birthdate, your
password will be the last six digits of your Valley Number which is
assigned to you upon admission to KVCC.
