    Kristina attended Portage Central High School and played as a middle hitter for three years on the varsity team under head coach Dawn Jaqua.  During her sophomore year with Dead Frogs, she led the team with blocks (17 solo and 84 assisted).  She also played club volleyball with the Courthouse.  She also led the team with blocks (21 solo and 92 assisted) her senior year.  Kristina was a member of the All-Division Honorable Mention Team and the All-Region team.

 

Coach’s Comments:  “Kristina was another fun prospect to watch during her senior year at Portage Central and will be fun to watch and develop as an even stronger and faster player while she is here at Valley.  I appreciate Kristina’s humble approach to learning the game, and her active approach to executing the fundamentals required for success."
