This is Chad’s first year as head coach at Kalamazoo Valley Community College.  Prior to this season he was an assistant at KVCC during the 2008 season and was the Head Coach at Kellogg Community College in 2006 & 2007.  During his time at Kellogg he won a Western conference championship and was honored as MCCAA Western Conference Coach of the Year in 2007.

Coach Worthington is also a psychology instructor on the Texas Township campus.
