The Automotive Certificate of Achievement programs were developed using the National Skill Standards prescribed by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) and the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). Each program prepares the student for ASE testing and certification in the specialty area identified. Certification in all eight (8) areas leads to a Master Technician certification, recognized throughout the nation by ASE. Employers seek certified technicians. Many good paying jobs are available. All credits in this program apply directly towards the Automotive Technology AAS degree.
