Download Forms for Federal Stafford Loans All forms listed below require the latest version of Acrobat Reader. You can simply print the forms and complete by hand, or use the fill in feature for select fields. Acrobat Reader will not allow you to save completed forms to a disk. To use fill in feature select the desired field and enter the information. The "Tab" key will move you to the next field. Once form is completed click on the print icon and send signed forms to the Financial Aid Office. You can fax the completed forms to 269-488-4120.
