NOTICE:   We encourage you to check your financial aid information periodically through KVCC's Valley Information Portal (VIP) system for any changes to your financial aid eligibility, as well as any documents you need to submit to our office.  Refer to  Financial Aid VIP Information.

Summer Financial Aid

To apply for financial aid for the 2008 summer semester, you must have a valid 2007/2008 FAFSA on file with KVCC's Financial Aid Office, and a KVCC Summer Intent form.  Summer Intent forms are available in the Financial Aid Office at the Texas Township Campus and Anna Whitten Hall.  Your financial aid file must be complete by June 6, 2008 to be considered for summer financial aid.

Welcome to the Kalamazoo Valley Community College Financial Aid Office Homepage.  The Financial Aid Office provides numerous options for assisting students with the costs associated with attending KVCC.  These options include grants, scholarships, work opportunities, and loans to qualified students.  It is important that students applying for student aid complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible for the appropriate award year.

Federal regulations require that institutions provide specific consumer information about the school and about financial aid to enrolled and prospective students.  The KVCC Student Consumer Information Directory includes where you can find the information required to be disclosed.

We are located in Office 4530 on the Texas Township Campus.  Financial Aid Advisors are available to meet with students by scheduled appointments  (269  488-4100).  Students can also obtain general financial aid information at our Arcadia Commons Campus located at the corner of Rose and Water Streets in Office 216.
