To apply for a Federal Stafford Loan at KVCC a student is required to
complete the FAFSA, KVCC
Loan Request Form, Preloan Certification
Form and Entrance Loan
Counseling.
After the Financial Aid Office receives all required information your Federal
Stafford Loan will be awarded. The next requirement of all new loan
borrowers at KVCC is to complete the Federal Stafford Loan Master Promissory
Note. To expedite the processing of your Federal Stafford Loan, KVCC now
offers on-line promissory notes.

If your lender is not on this list please contact our office to see if you
can participate in the on-line loan application process.
Please note: If you don't feel comfortable completing the Promissory
note on-line you can "opt" out of the application and print a paper
promissory note you sign and mail to your lender. You will be provided
instructions about the print option by your lender when you enter their
site.
