Identification
Students must have a KVCC ID card to borrow materials including AV and reserve items. ID cards are issued at the student service
centers on Texas Township and Arcadia Commons campuses.
Delivery Between Libraries
We have a daily delivery between the Texas Township and Arcadia Commons
Campus Libraries.
Ask at the circulation desk if you need materials from the library
on the other campus.
View Your Library Account / Renew
To see what you have checked out and to renew materials, log into your ValleyCat
account. You may also renew in person at the circulation desk or by phoning the circulation department.
Overdue and Lost Materials | Fine & Fee Schedule for Student Borrowing
There is NO FEE for any library item returned by the due date!
Returning materials on time is your responsibility. As a courtesy, we will send an e-mail notice to your KVCC e-mail address if you have overdue
or lost materials. Please be sure to check your KVCC e-mail frequently so any library notices will reach you.
Overdue fines are charged for
materials returned after the due date. A replacement fee and
overdue fines are charged for any lost materials. Lost items also result in
a hold being placed on your college account, blocking transcripts and grades, and blocking your library checkout privileges.
