Record Holds |
|
A hold may be applied to your record at the college
for a variety of reasons. It may be as simple as providing us with
missing information or verifying your current address. You may
need to return materials the college has loaned to you, or you might owe
us money. Sometimes an information hold is applied that does not
restrict services but simply provides college personnel with necessary
information pertinent to your circumstances such as identifying you as
part of the tuition payment plan. Once the hold requirements have
been satisfied the hold will be inactivated. |
| The following services
may be blocked by holds. |
-
Accounts Receivable - You will not be allowed to
pay for the class you have registered for, or your payment options have been
restricted. If the hold is not resolved
before the payment deadline or you have not provided payment in the method
allowed, your classes may be cancelled.
