Health Care Enrollment Event

The Student Success Center is sponsoring an event on the Affordable Health Care Act and health care enrollment. Certified Navigators will be on campus to answer questions and assist with individual and family enrollment through the Health Insurance Marketplace. The event is open to students and employees and will be held on:

Thursday, March 13, 2014
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Room 4240 (Student Commons Theater) on the Texas Township Campus
If you think you may be interested in enrolling for health insurance, please bring the following documents to the event:
Social Security numbers (or document numbers for legal immigrants)
Employer and income information for every member of your household who needs coverage (for example, pay stubs or W-2 forms)
Policy numbers for any current health insurance plans covering members of your household.
