An application is required for students to be accepted into the School of Art at WMU. The application is completed online through the Art school website, at www.wmich.edu/art. From the main page click admission, scroll to undergraduate, click into slideroom, through which the elecronic application is submitted. There are deadline dates for submission. The application consists of uploading images, writing a personal statement and an email recommendation. All students should contact Art Advising at 269-387-2440 one year prior to desired admission. Art Education program applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.75.
