Recently moved to the Kalamazoo area, looking for a less expensive, high quality education, or wanting to raise your GPA?  Whatever your reasons, you're welcome to transfer to KVCC.

  1. Admission - Complete an application online or submit a printed version. You must be admitted to KVCC before proceeding to the next step.

  2. Transfer - Forward prior college transcripts to the Degree Auditor for evaluation if you would like to receive transfer credit toward a degree at KVCC. If you are only taking selected courses at KVCC and not pursuing a degree, please contact the Student Service Center at 269-488-4100 to schedule a counseling appointment to discuss course prerequisites.
  3. Only official transcripts that have appropriate signatures and seals and have been mailed directly to KVCC or are unopened from an issuing institution will be evaluated for transfer credit. Credits applicable to the transfer student's chosen program will be awarded by the Degree Auditor. Transcripts can be mailed to the Degree Auditor, Kalamazoo Valley Community College, PO Box 4070, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-4070.
