International students: We have an application packet designed specifically for you on our international student web page. Please do not complete this online application. Your packet includes the additional paperwork you need to complete so we can help you meet United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) qualifications for attending Kalamazoo Valley.

Kalamazoo Valley requires your legal name, social security number (Internal Revenue Code USC 26 sec. 6109 and 6050S) and requests your date of birth for identification purposes and to comply with federal reporting requirements. These requirements can benefit you relative to financial aid and income tax benefits. Failure to provide your correct social security number can result in a financial penalty imposed on you by the Internal Revenue Service. We will ask for your social security number at the end of the application. It is kept confidential and will not be used as your primary student identification number. You will be assigned a unique Valley (V) Number.
