After all your KVCC charges are paid - any financial aid credit balance/refund that remains on your account will be refunded to you in the form of an electronic payment.
Beginning with the 2009 Fall semester, all students awarded financial aid (this includes grants, scholarships and loans) - AND - registered for class(es) will be sent a VALLEY ONECARD to the address on file with the college.
You need to do three things:
1. Before you register for classes:
MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT
You can review your address by clicking on on My Current Address at MyValley
2. When you receive the card in the mail:
Go to www.ValleyOnecard.com and choose your refund preference
3. SAVE YOUR CARD
Even if you do not receive a credit balance / refund this term, you may have one in the future. You will only be issued one card. There is a $20 fee to replace this card.
