Chef Jeff Henderson made a big impact on the audience at the Opportunities for Education dinner and also on the Kalamazoo County Juvenile Home residents who he visited with during the day. Even though he left town more than a week ago, he’s still making an impact at Ministry with Community. The daytime shelter and soup kitchen received a donation of leftover aprons that were designed to be given as mementos to those who attended the annual OFE fund-raising dinner. The aprons were purchased by PNC Bank and we appreciate the donation. Ministry with Community staff and volunteers say they also appreciate the donation. We are all thankful to be part of such a generous community.
