Facilities Management

A quantitative report detailing the management of the Institution's facilities shall be provided for the following:

    1. Maintenance of Facilities and Grounds
    2. Report on preventive maintenance and capital renewal schedules which provide for the systematic repair and/or replacement of equipment.

    3. Future Facilities
    4. The facilities master plan will be reviewed with the Board and updated every five years, including utilization, program needs and infrastructure improvements.

    5. Accessibility of Facilities
    6. Analysis and report on compliance with ADA and other physical access issues.
