To ensure students fully understand the obligation associated with borrowing a loan, federal regulations require student loan borrowers to complete Entrance Loan Counseling before disbursement of any loan funds. Entrance Loan Counseling provides borrowers with a better understanding of their rights and responsibilities.
Prior to graduation or withdrawal from KVCC, student loan borrowers are required to complete Exit Loan Counseling. Exit Loan Counseling reinforces the borrower's understanding of their loans, loan debt and his/her rights and responsibilities. We strongly encourage you to contact the Financial Aid Office if you have any questions or concerns regarding your loan obligation. We are available to assist you.
