Kalamazoo Valley Museum is a cheer station at the Kalamazoo Marathon

The Kalamazoo Marathon takes place on Sunday, May 6 and the Kalamazoo Valley Museum is an official cheer station. We’ll have an Indiana Jones theme to tie in with the June opening of the new exhibit, “Treasure!”

If you’re running in the marathon, please let us know by emailing dkemp@kvcc.edu. We’ll be sure to cheer for you. The race begins at 8 a.m. and the Museum is at the 3-mile mark, which means that the first runner will probably come by at about 8:18 a.m. The herd packs will probably run by between 8:25 and 8:35 a.m. and 8:40 and 8:55 a.m. The race organizers will supply us with cow bells. Please come out and encourage the runners!
