The Groves Education Business Technology Park offers world class accommodation for business expansion in a wooded site that preserves the beauty of the natural environment.

Nearly one-sixth of the 248-acre park has been designated as open space with walking paths, ponds and plant and bird sanctuaries. Forty acres have been fully engineered and developed. Prime space is available in a variety of configurations at competitive rates.

The park is anchored by the Bronson Lifestyle Improvement and Research Center, a new world headquarters for Consumers Credit Union and The Groves Center, part of Kalamazoo Valley Community College.

With a diversified business and industrial base and a prime southwest Michigan location, the park is located in Texas Township halfway between Detroit and Chicago, along I-94 and close to US-131, I-69 and I-80.

The region offers many of the cultural attractions that you would expect to find in larger metropolitan communities, including art, theatre, music, restaurants and more. Michigan is beautiful year round. Athletes and outdoor enthusiasts enjoy the state's four-season climate and proximity to Lake Michigan, just 45 minutes away.

West Michigan offers excellent public and private school systems and is home to The Kalamazoo Promise, a unique post-secondary 100% tuition scholarship program for Kalamazoo Public School graduates. The region benefits from the leadership and influences of Kalamazoo Valley Community College, Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo College.

From Fortune 500 companies to two person start-ups, Southwest Michigan is home to some of the worlds most innovative companies and has been for more than a century. This is the place where the modern pharmaceutical pill was invented; where Dr. Homer Stryker imagined the oscillating device that easily cuts casts off; and where the yellow-checkered cab first hit the streets.

Multiple fully-engineered and developed lots are currently available. Customizable sites and no minimums make The Groves Park an attractive choice for site developers and others looking to make a sound expansion investment.
