IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Associate of Applied Science

This hands-on program will prepare students to support various operating systems and have an overview of the Microsoft Office Suite applications. Students will learn to install, configure, and troubleshoot computer operating systems, hardware and software and they will learn networking technology and security for local area networks (LANs). This program also prepares students for several CompTIA and Microsoft certification tests.
